Translucent Krobo Glass Beads - Recycled African Trade Beads from Ghana
Discover the beauty of our translucent powder glass beads, meticulously handcrafted by the skilled artisans of Kroboland in Ghana, West Africa. These exquisite beads are designed to imitate old Venetian glass trade beads, offering a unique blend of tradition and artistry.
- Strand Length: Approximately 22 1/4" (56.5 cm)
- Bead Size: Approximately 13 mm in diameter
Each bead is created from recycled bottles and other glass items, which are crushed into a fine powder and then molded into these beautiful, smooth-surfaced beads. The beads are tumble rounded and polished, resulting in a stunningly smooth finish. As a testament to their craftsmanship, these beads are 100% handmade.
