Rare Old Authentic Large Size akoso African Glass Trade Bead Ghana SB-30370

Beautiful rare OLD large size AUTHENTIC AKOSO, powder glass with trailed decoration, African trade bead.

Akoso were made by the people of Krobo, Ghana, West Africa.

Even the Venetian bead makers tried to copy AKOSO beads by producing reproductions.

The bead is in excellent condition (minor decoration loss, see photos).

The size of the bead is 26 mm X 18 mm.

Used in the African trade from late 1800's to early 1900's.
