This beautiful OLD rare green "Eye" Venetian wound/lampwork trade bead features a striking trail decoration and is a remarkable example of antique glass craftsmanship. Originating from Venice, this bead was made for African trade between the late 1800s and early 1900s. A rare find, this piece exhibits the characteristic "eye" design, which has long been treasured by collectors and enthusiasts alike.

Venetian lampwork beads, also known as wound glass beads, were meticulously hand-crafted by artisans in Venice using ancient glass-making techniques.
