Discover the exquisite craftsmanship of the NEW TABULAR African brass beads, meticulously handcrafted by the skilled artisans of the Ashanti people in Ghana, West Africa. Employing the revered lost wax technique, each bead is a testament to the artistry and tradition of Ghanaian bead-making.

YOUR STRAND WILL BE IDENTICAL TO THE STRAND SHOWN IN THE PHOTOGRAPH (GIVEN NORMAL VARIATION SINCE THESE BEADS ARE ALL COMPLETELY HANDMADE).
Each bead begins as a handcrafted wax model which is then encased in a clay mold. The wax is melted away, leaving a cavity into which molten brass is poured. Once the metal sets, the mold is destroyed, revealing a unique bead, rich in culture and history.
The ancient lost wax method not only speaks of the bead’s uniqueness but also connects us to the historical significance of brass beads in Ghana. These beads were traditionally used as symbols of status, spirituality, and aesthetic expression. They continue to be celebrated for their beauty and cultural value.
